The Gulati Institute of Finance and Taxation(GIFT), Thiruvananthapuram is seeking applications for the position of Field Investigators for the Kerala Migration Survey 2023′. This project, funded by the Department of NORKA, Government of Kerala, aims to conduct a comprehensive survey across Kerala, covering 14 districts and 500 localities, during July 17 to November 30, 2023.

Field Investigators will be responsible for surveying households in multiple localities within their respective districts using the mobile application Kobo Toolbox. The ideal candidates should have good communication skills, fluency in Malayalam, and be graduates with prior research/survey experience or postgraduates in any social science discipline. Applicants should be comfortable in working with mobile phones and digital applications.
