Ajmal Khan A.T. is currently a Post-Doctoral fellow at South Asia Institute, Harvard University. He worked at the intersection of Climate Change and Migration, Environment, and Development. He was the Charles Wallace visiting fellow at the South Asia Institute, SOAS, University of London. Before that, he worked as visiting Assistant Professor at the Centre for Development Practice, Ambedkar University, Delhi, and taught at Ashoka University, Sonipat. He holds a Ph.D. in Development Studies from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai and his research has appeared in journals such as South Asia Research, Critical Asian Studies, International Area Studies Review, Economic and Political Weekly, and as book chapters in edited volumes.
